You can access the courses by clicking “Purchase Course” at the top or the bottom of the course pages. Once you have entered your full details, selected your payment method, and accepted our Terms and Privacy Policy your payment will be processed. After a successful payment, you have unlimited access to the course and can watch the videos on demand.

We currently offer PayPal or Credit Card as payment methods. Credit card payments are processed via Stripe, the service provider.

Of course, you can purchase Cellar Class Grow if you have sufficient knowledge to start at that level. However, we recommend starting with Cellar Class Start because we cover all the basics there.

Of course, you can also just become a member of Cellar Class Plus. We are happy about every member who wants to talk to us about wine and take part in our events. With your membership, you will benefit from the offers of our great partners as well!

Cellar Class Plus is our wine enthusiasts' community. If you become a member, you can interact with each other and benefit from many programs and deals with our partners. You can chat with Konstantin, access live video events and we respond personally to your questions and suggestions.

You can register using the “Join Cellar Class Plus” button, create an account, pay via PayPalor Credit Card (Stripe), and then access the community.

During our launch period, you will receive an E-Mail with a coupon code when you purchase Cellar Class Start or Cellar Class Grow. You can register using the “Join Cellar Class Plus” button, select your payment method, and enter the coupon code. Your payment will not be debited for the first 3 months. After 3 months, however, you must actively cancel, otherwise you will be charged the monthly fee to stay a member of the community.

You can cancel at any time. This means, that you can cancel before the end of the payment period and no further payments will be charged. Please remember, however, that at the end of the last paid period your membership will also expire, and you will no longer have access to the community.

We do not send invoices automatically. You can find your purchases and your purchase confirmation in your settings under "Payment History", once you are logged in.

With your registration, you have unlimited access to the respective course. It is not necessary to cancel, as payment is only made once.

Simply click on “Forgot your password?” (located below the password text field). Then enter your email address and click “Send”. You will receive an email with a link that allows you to create a new password.

If you experience problems playing the video, please make sure that you have a stable internet connection and that you are using an up-to-date version of your browser. Restarting your device and the router might solve the problem. You might have to move closer to your router or connect your device to the internet via your router cable. You can test whether other websites load on your browser and try streaming one of Konstantin's YouTube Videos to see whether the internet connection is stable enough for streaming our Cellar Class videos. If difficulties persist, please contact us.

Every Cellar Class course comes with a 100-day money-back guarantee. If you're not happy with your purchase, simply email us at [email protected] within 100 days of purchase, and we'll refund the full purchase price within 14 days — no complicated forms, no hoops to jump through.

We'd genuinely appreciate hearing what didn't work for you, as it helps us make the courses better. But your refund doesn't depend on it. Please note that once your refund is processed, access to the course ends.
