Right of withdrawal

You have the right to withdraw from this contract within fourteen days without giving any reason.

For contracts concerning the provision of digital content not supplied on a tangible medium — including on-demand access to video classes, live event streams, and downloadable course materials — the withdrawal period is fourteen days from the day of the conclusion of the contract.

To exercise the right of withdrawal, you must inform us of your decision to withdraw from this contract by an unequivocal statement (e.g. a letter sent by post or email). You may use the model withdrawal form below, but this is not obligatory.

To meet the withdrawal deadline, it is sufficient for you to send your notification of exercising your right of withdrawal before the withdrawal period has expired.

Early expiry of the right of withdrawal

Your right of withdrawal expires prematurely, even before the end of the fourteen-day period described above, once we have begun providing the digital content, provided that:

1. you have expressly consented, before we began providing the digital content, that we begin performance of the contract before the end of the withdrawal period; and
2. you have confirmed your knowledge that, by giving this consent, you lose your right of withdrawal once we have begun providing the digital content.

This consent and confirmation are obtained during the checkout process, before access to the relevant course or content is granted.

Effects of withdrawal

If you withdraw from this contract, we shall reimburse to you all payments received from you without undue delay and in any event not later than 14 days from the day on which we are informed about your decision to withdraw from this contract. For this repayment, we will use the same means of payment that you used for the original transaction, unless expressly agreed otherwise with you; under no circumstances will you be charged any fees for this repayment.

Withdrawal is only possible before we have begun providing the digital content in accordance with your consent described above. Once provision has begun under those conditions, the right of withdrawal has expired and no refund is owed under this section — separately from, and without prejudice to, the voluntary money-back guarantee set out in our Terms and Conditions.
